Christina attained her Associates Degree of Arts in Teaching from Collin County College and is working towards her Bachelor's Degree. She completed her Mat Certification and Comprehensive Certification with Power Pilates. Christina is a native to Dallas, graduating from High School in Plano. She recently enjoyed extensive International travel, winning the USA Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pageant and going on to place 3rd in the International Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pageant.

Nimisha is originally from South Africa and has graduated as a Phsycial Therapist in her home country in 2000. She moved to the USA, Texas in June 2007 after spending a year and half in London. She is currently in the process of gaining her license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas. She became a PIlates enthusiast while living in London during 2006. After having worked as a Physical Therapist for 5 years in South Africa she gained a keen interestin muscle imbalance, biomechanical problems and stability dysfunctions and the impact they have on body function. While in London she was presented with the perfect opportunity to experience Pilates. She found that Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise to strengthen, tone, lengthen muscles and is an invaluable tool in restoring confidence in body awareness and promotes healthy patterns of movement. This was the perfect form to compliment her Physical Therapy degree. She then went on to train with the Body Control Pilates Association in London & has gained beginner & intermediate mat work certification since then. She is at the moment completing her Pilates equipment certification and has thus far completed the beginner equipment certification through the Balanced Body University. She has a keen interest in Continuous development and in Alternate Therapy with Mind/Body Wellness as a passion.

ALEXANDRIA FORD
Certified Trainer

Alex has been teaching Pilates mat and fitness classes since 2007 and personal training since 2008. She also has had experience with teaching sport-specific Pilates and fitness classes to althletic teams at the University of North Texas, which catered to the needs of various types of athletes. Here experience also includes 7 years of trainign in teh area of gymnastics and dance. She also loves running, cycling, swimming, and enjoys racing and doing triathlons with her husband. Alex graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Visual Art Studies and a minor in Education and is currently attending Dallas Theological Seminary for her MA in Biblical Counseling.
