PILATES MAT: The foundation for all of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning- just you against Gravity! Develops Core strength, Spinal mobility, and Flexibility. Tones & lengthens muscles. Exercises are designed to flow within the exercises and between exercises with continuous Breath and Control. May utilize props such as Magic Ring, Balls, Therabands, **Note-Pilates Mat for Healthy Spine Level I is taught by a PT or Specialist for Clients who need to work slower and with Modifications for Special Issues.
KICKBOX INTERVAL WORKOUT: A great Cardio & Calorie Burning Workout with Kickboxing Combination Moves – (No Gloves or Wraps required) KickBox & Cardio Modules Alternate with Strength & Corework: Wear tennis shoes. No previous Kickbox experience necessary.
YOGA FLOW: This fitness-based Vinyasa (flow) Yoga class guides clients through the basic Yoga postures with Modifications for those with limited flexibility. Yoga opens up the Hips, Hamstrings, and Upper/Lower Back and relaxes the Mind allowing a deeper focus with a controlled but flowing breath. Includes Sun Salutations, Standing Postures (Asanas), Balances, and Relaxing Stretching poses on the floor to close class. ALL INCLUSIVE YOGA –Slower paced for Learners and can include Family members age 9 years and Up.
