Package of 10 Classes $100 ($10/ea)
Package of 20 Classes $160 ($8/ea)

1.  Call (972-668-5262) or e-mail (staff@getreformedpilates.com) the studio for availability and to schedule your sessions

2.  Fill Out a Client Health Profile Sheet BEFORE your first session.
