Where Do I Start?
FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN APPARATUS TRAINING:
All new clients interested in Apparatus training MUST begin with the 2 Intro Private or Duet Sessions. We find that most Clients will then follow with and complete the 4 Private or Duet Special before entering
into Group Equipment Classes.
- E-mail (staff@getreformedpilates.com) the studio. Please include information about your Pilates Experience, Fitness Level, Schedule Availabilty, Special Conditions.
- Fill Out a Client Health Profile Sheet BEFORE your first session. (If you are Post-Rehabilitation, you must bring in a release from your Doctor.) Click Here to Download and Print Form.
